Focus Labs Media Group uses the name, email and message you send in the inquiry form to answer your request. We keep a record of the inquiry and its delivery. An inquiry never subscribes you to marketing.
If you explicitly request updates about Focus One or The Academy, we store your email, chosen project, language and the time of consent. We send a confirmation link first; only after you confirm do we add the address to the corresponding Resend list. We use Resend to send these messages. You can leave that list using the link in the confirmation email or ask us to remove your information.
We keep these records while needed to answer your inquiry or maintain the subscription, unless you ask us to remove them. To request access, correction, deletion or ask a privacy question, write to manager@focuslabsmg.com.
